The squeakland installer registers .pr and the included squeak.exe. If 
your installer also registers anything there could be interference.

I will take a look at your stuff as I alwasy wanted to switch to an open 
source based tool for the installer but never had the energy to start 
from scratch. Didn't Goran also give it a try a while ago?
