No, as I said, I never worked/supported on SmallWiki 1 for Squeak.

Yep, I will do that as soon as I am at home later tonight. I also  
found the change-sets that we (basically this was Adrian Lienhard)  
applied to the port from Squeak-Map (it is an older one, not the  
current), so I will publish those as well. I will give the URL here  
as soon as it is ready.
