These classes were part of the "ToolBuiler-Examples" package that
I included (without thinking too much) initially. But as Andreas pointed
out: These are just examples, and as such, should not be part of
the base. They are more startingpoints for implementing all the tools
with toolbuilder.

They are on SqueakSource (project Tool Builder).

I don't know if there is already a project for the tools itself... I  
know that
Andreas did a big Tool-Refactoring to make the existing tools  
unloadable.
This definitly needs to be integrated soon.
