I've changed the print job plugin to migrate from quickdraw copyBits  
and embedded postscript to use Quartz images and EPS.
The driving reason for this is that old features do not work on  
MacIntel machines.

If anyone is using the print job plugin on the mac and would like to  
test backwards compatibility, please email me for
an early copy of the plugin.
