The deadline (midnight 2/17 UTC) has passed for signing up as a voter
or a candidate.

This weekend I will combine the lists of voter emails into one master
list.   The lists I'll be using are:
- a list of Japanese Squeakers, from Yoshiki
- a list of folks who have published packages to SqueakMap, from Göran
- the list of folks ranked as Apprentice on SqP, from Cees

The next step after creating the list of voter emails is to create an
election on CIVS.  This will happen at midnight 2/19 UTC.  (See

Thanks to everybody who's signed up on SqP, or reviewed/ranked folks
on SqP, or gotten the word out to potential voters in the various
Squeak communities, or stood as a candidate.
