Hi All

A while back I requested that someone produce a
version of the image with a comprehensive changefile:

This is a valuable tool for finding the fixes to bugs
that crop up in 3.9. Once you find a bug then next
thing you need to know is when it changed;  what it
changed from; how many cooks have been roiling the
broth; and what can I revert this too? 

Having the complete changefile would be very good.

This might be a good job for the janitorial team to
take on. It is well defined. Take the image w/ all
changes up to 3.8a and update all the 3.8 changes upto
the first 3.9a.  Save and publish to the ftp site.
Please?

It will get us all a better squeak quicker. Please?
