I am adding support for pragmas (or maybe that should be pragmata ?) to Shout,
and I have noticed the following...

        testPragma
             <fred jim bill>

compiles without error, and yields a Pragma with keyword=#fredjimbill and
arguments=#()

Is this the correct behaviour, or should I submit a bug report?
