Squeak Maintainence and Condensed Sources

Doing a "Smalltalk condenseChanges" is not hard... if it would
not be broken in 3.8, that is.

Possible, but in what timeframe? And who would work
on it?

You might have seen that not many people care enough to
put real time or money into it... how long do you plan to wait
for whom?

The question if if we want to delay the release of 3.9 forever or
not. There are two possible things:
	-> postpone having 3.9
	-> postpone having a full history of 3.9

Which do we do?
