This enhancements adds a menu entry into the System Fonts menu:

     Demo Mode

This sets all fonts used in the Browser and Workspace to be much larger,
thus providing a setup much better suited for giving presentations using
projection or screens that are far away.

Additional changes:

- Fix Workspace to use CodeFont
- delete StringHolder>>#openAsMorphLabel:inWorld: (no senders,  
duplicate code)
