SUnit: Skipping tests?

But as Andres Valloud implied, there is a difference between:

- "skipped because I could not run them due to missing resources but I
wanted to run them"
- "skipped because the tests do not even apply to this platform and
there is no point in even trying to run them"

So perhaps even:

"x tests, y passed, z skipped, k not applicable"
