I've posted a Squeak 3.8.11beta5U.app Mac Carbon VM to my idisk and  
FTP server.

This version has a new FFI bundle for PPC and intel which fixes the  
crash issue when we attempt
to start Croquet, it also has a start on building the browser plugin  
which isn't done yet. However you
need this VM if you want to run Croquet.
