15 minutes, at least, I'd figure. At least if you want some quality:
- Investigate the bug;
- Investigate the patch, whether it is valid, whether it shouldn't
break stuff;
- Run the tests (are there tests with the one-line patch? If not, the
previous two steps take longer);
- Integrate and publish to the MC repository;
- Close the bug on Mantis.
