I partially agree with that. However, if the community decides on an
option (maybe we could even hold an election if consensus doesn't seem
to be possible), than anyone who would step up would have a clear
mandate. So maybe it is a good idea to define the work beforehand, and
then timebox it, and only then see who wants to pick up the glove.
