Changes in this version:

- Use Techo-Shout instead of Techo-Base
- Install AutomaticMethodCategorizerService
- Prepare ToothPick
- Prepare FileMan
- Prepare VB-Regex

(prepared packages are packages not loaded in the image, but a simple 
click load them)

Future work:
------------

- Wait for official release of 3.9 and built a new squeak-*dev*
- Add more docs + links + official 3.9 documentation (provided with the
base *image*)
- Wait for feedback
