3.9-7061 showstopper bug - Mantis #5231

I would really like to stop. So I'm going over a final RC2 slowly  
starting now and waiting for the traits fix.
And we should STOP 3.9.

After I have no problem to work on 3.10 but we should stop and  
release 3.9
