     The board approves the team and you as its leader. I'm the default
teams liaison; if you need any help from us, please let me know.  I'll
check for new activity on first Wednesdays. If the team seems inactive
since the last check I'll bug you. :)  (The same goes for all other
teams I monitor, see [1].)
