problem with 7092 update

Hello,

when I update a 3.10alpha7081 image to 7092, I'll get a merge window
with "Merging Multilingual-edc.22" title. Selecting the "All Newer" button
leads to a MNU: UndefinedObject>>fullTimeStamp.
This happens in MCConflict>>isLocalNewer.
