Frozen image

Hi Amos,
If you are on Windows, then make sure that you are using the 3.9.2 Windows VM (or later).(to check this, click on the Mouse icon at the top left to bring up the systemmenu. Then choose VM Preferences>>Display Version Information)
(The bitbltplugin.dll will fail to work with older Win32 VMs. For more info see this thread...

If you just want to get your image working again, then delete the BitBltPlugin.dll
