Hi!

I just updated SqueakMap with a 3.10-alpha tag (we add a 3.10 later when
released) and updated the Squeak3.9 tag with a release date (which is a
bit unclear, I took the date of the final zip-file at squeak.org).

Also, people with packages/releases marked for 3.9-alpha should consider
re-verify with final 3.9 and change the category. I can go through all
that are marked for both and remove the 3.9-alpha tag if we think that is
a good strategy. Thoughts?
