If you want to use Seaside, use the package 'Seaside Installer' on
SqueakMap and it will pull in the correct prerequisites
(DynamicBindings, KomServices, KomHttp, Seaside, Scriptaculous) as
that we use for many productive Seaside applications in 3.9. Also
Magritte and Pier work well in 3.9.

Ask the maintainers of other packages to update their SqueakMap definitions.
