Future squeak-dev images will contain new shout. In the future, new
shout versions should be detected automatically.

Currently, you can update Shout executing:

(DEVMonticello squeakSourceDirectory: 'shout' packageName:
'Shout.3.15-tween') install

or Monticello directly.
