Hi Edgar,

I don't know If I understand you correctly, but I will try.

If you have Dynamic IP, you can use some of the various Free DNS systems
on the NET.

I can give you 2 for example:
No-IP: http://www.no-ip.com/
DynDNS: http://www.dyndns.com/
