Somehow I overlooked this report initially but Travis Kay pointed out
there was a problem on #squeak.  Simply restarting the image was not
sufficient so I had to start it up under a VNC server, close debugger,
force swiki to stop, then start it again.  At a glance everything seems
OK now, but I ask everyone to take a look around and let me know if they
find any issues.
