I don't see why not, although its got a pretty slow processor (66 MHz ARM9)
and only 4 MB of RAM.
I run Squeak on a gumstix, which is a 600 MHz ARM9 running Linux with 128
MB of RAM. I have in the past run on small machines with 16 MB of RAM, but
I don't think I've ever run on a 4 MB machine. With the right, slimmed down
VM and a really small image it would probably work.
