Using etoys-dev-2.3, updated with code updates to 1896, my Transcript
window is not showing the contents of the transcript stream.

I can see these by inspecting the Transcript window, and looking at
the underlying model.  But why is it not appearing on the screen?
The Transcript window remains completely empty.

Any suggestions?
