A Gjallar is a good example of doing things right.
It doesn't need to stick with XXX image to the end of days, instead -
Gjallar evolves along with tools/frameworks it using.
This means that it using quite agile/modular development strategy:
 it can always migrate to a new version of seaside, or magma, or image.
Also, it makes easy to try different combinations or new releases of
components it relies on, which in own turn generating a valuable
feedback for them, and generally helps making better, faster, bug-free
frameworks which Gjallar is using.
