It is supposed to work on 3.10.2 (from http://ftp.squeak.org/3.10). 
However, I just briefly tried it on the Seaside image and didn't seem to 
have any problems (what went wrong for you?). Your problem might be that 
you're not executing the code line-by-line which needs to be done 
because LFP loads Installer.
