 I like your vision - it's very much along the lines of the "evolutionary"
approach I'm in favor of. Was there a discussion of the timeframe to get to
Spoon? My concern is that to do it in a timeframe that will take advantage
of the current ecosystem, there needs to be buy-in and some support from two
of the big three(Squeakland, Croquet, Seaside) projects that are "Squeak"
based.  If that doesn't happen, then the 3.11 ought to go under a name other
than Squeak so that it can have a reasonable chance to gain enough traction
to do more than survive.
