Running SVI and the Pinesoft Widgets (aka UI-Enhancements) in a 3.9 
squeak-dev, I needed the following patch to SVI.

SVIQuasiKeyEvent>>anyModifierKeyPressed
    "The Pinesoft Widgets send this message in their implementationof 
SystemWindow>>keyStroke:"

    ^ commandKeyPressed or: controlKeyPressed.
