0006966: VMMakerTool fails to open due to EnhancedSerialPlugin use of old access to Smalltalk>>platformName
Description
In VMConstruction-Plugins category, SerialExtended... classes still use some deprecated access methods to Smalltalk system dictionary.
Smalltalk #platformName has been changed to SmalltalkImage current # platformName, and Smalltalk #osVersion has been changed to SmalltalkImage current #osVersion.
Steps To Reproduce
Load EnhancedSerialPorts-JMM.11.cs.gz from <http://homepage.mac.com/WebObjects/FileSharing.woa/68/wo/HUJZNDaamKtM2XXk.1/0.2.1.2.26.31.97.1.35.0.1.1.1?user=johnmci&fpath=experimental&templatefn=FileSharing.html>,  FFI and VMMaker into sq3.10-7159dev08.02.1 after applying Keith's Level Playing Field changes, attempt VMMakerTool openInWorld.
