Is it possible to use an sftp repository for Monticello, and with what 
package? I found a Monticello cURL package on squeaksource, but it sounds 
non-Windows:
  "If you don't feel like compiling a new VM you can either
   dowload CurlPlugin bundle for the Mac VM or
   CurlPlugin for the Unix VM"
