Esta es la primera invitación a participar de la segunda edición de la 
conferencia.

Lugar
Este año, el lugar elegido es la sede de la Universidad Abierta 
Interamericana.

Fechas
Jueves 13, Viernes 14 y Sábado 15 de Noviembre de 2008.

Costos
La entrada y el coffe break estarán a cargo de la conferencia.

Charlas
La conferencia va a tener dos secciones, una de Investigación Científica 
y otra de Industria del Software.

Concurso
Este año vamos a organizar un concurso de programación.

Keynotes
Conferencias invitadas a cargo de personalidades de renombre.

Hands on
Sección de tutoriales.

Alcance
La conferencia es internacional y va a contar con la visita de 
smalltalkers de todas partes.


Fechas importantes

Conferencia: Noviembre 13, 14 & 15.

Recepción de papers (research): hasta el 31 de Agosto.

Recepción de presentaciones (software development): Hasta el 30 de 
Septiembre.

Inscripción en el concurso de programación: Hasta el 30 de Septiembre.

Registración a la conferencia: Hasta el 7 de Noviembre.

Smalltalks 2008

Announcement
This is the first invitation to participate in the second edition of the 
conference.

This year, the site chosen was the Universidad Abierta Interamericana.

November 13 through November 15.

Once again, entry, coffee and pastries will be completely free.

Talks
The conference will be divided into two modules, Scientific Research and 
Software Industry.

Contest
A coding contest will be held this year.

Keynotes
Guest lectures by outstanding personalities.

Hands-on
Tutorial sessions.

Scope
This is an international conference; smalltalkers from everywhere will 
be attending.
