3.10.x - will continue to be pushed by Randal as needed.
4.x will be driven by Craig as a license-clean, modular system.
Licensing issues will be addressed to Craig as he continues to be the  
conduit to SFLC etc.
We discussed, without reaching a conclusion, the issue of naming VMs  
and images.
We attempted, with moderate success and a few problems, the use of  
Qwaq Forums. Better luck next time.
