Hi Damien, thanks for these.

I ran the test suite on the 3.9 dev, and get 47 failures, 66 errors.
Additionally, ChildrenToSiblingsTest throws a syntax error, and
SemaphoreTest hangs.

Is this to be expected? Should I log some or all as bugs? 

I'm on Ububtu 7.10.
