From what I can read, it seems to me there is some code of Qwaq
released under MIT, plus Eliot said in his post
"I'm delighted to say that Qwaq has taken me on to write a fast
Croquet VM and that the VM is to be released under the Qwaq open
source licence (an MIT license).  I".

So it sounds good to me :)
