Andreas,

The border comes back at some point. For example, if you open Squeak,
turn the full screen on and then turn it off, the border reappears.

Be aware that your squeak.ini file contains "fEnableAltF4Quit=1" and I
am not sure that the extra "f" is desirable. :)
