The server is back up and everything is fine.  It will of course take a
while for mail to start flowing through smoothly again.

I'm sorry for the long downtime.  I'm at OOPSLA so I don't want to go
into great detail right now, but it took a while to get coordinated with
the hosting company and get the right thing done.

I'll report in more detail later in the week.
