Sophie,
You could look at the class browser in BabyIDE1. BabyIDE1 can be opened 
on any package; the sub-packages will appear as perspectives in the 
tool. Use the world menu>open...>BabyIDE to open BabyIDE1. Use the 
window menu (upper, left corner) to focus on a particular package.

The browser filters on superclasses and method categories.

But it is a prototype/experiment and not really usable.
