[squeak-dev] [trunk] strange issue on Ubuntu: failed to write image file

I see this problem regularly on OSX, using a Mac 3.8.20beta1U VM (with  
3.7 and 3.9 images).
Image file gets half way written. When error occurs, saving with a  
different name works fine.
