This is certainly one place. If you have a job offer, feel free to post 
it. There are many Squeakers on this list who will read it and can 
contact you. Alternatives are:
- The Seaside mailing list (seaside at lists.squeakfoundation.org - may 
require subscription)
- The newsgroup comp.lang.smalltalk
- Possibly the German Smalltalk User Group mailing list (www.gsug.org)
- Also check out http://smalltalkjobs.dabbledb.com/publish/smalltalkjobs
I can also give you some first-hand recommendations for German Squeakers
