Mariano -

The installation instructions say that one needs to compile OpenDBX
first which seems cumbersome. What's the easiest way to test this
without having to build the library itself from first principles? Are
there any precompiled binary SqueakDBX has been tested with? I'm in
particular interested in a Windows install.

Thanks,
   - Andreas
