* Reformatted code in Week>>startDay.
* Added tests for Week class methods indexOfDay:, nameOfDay: and dayNames.

Question. Week>>indexOfDay: does not raise an error on unknown day. Is
that normal? It returns 0. I would have expected an error thrown...
