OpenDBX supports ODBC in previous versions also. The thing is that now, this
backend, was tested with more RDBMS. Actually, SqueakDBX is already
supporting ODBC backend.
We have testing ODBC with SQL Server and PostgreSQL. OpenDBX with ODBC was
tested with more backends that those.

Yes. Actually, we were waiting (we did SwaLint and code critics review) this
openDBX version to release our first stable version. During this week, I
will compile all supported backends with this new version and see if all is
working ok. If so, the we will do our first stable release.
