[squeak-dev] Windows VM update (IPv6; single instance)

Hi Andreas,

what about my suggestion to add the VERSIONINFO into the ressource section 
of the executable? Its easy to add and would align the VM to other Win32 
executables and help on automated installs (windows installers use this
 info to update executables).
