In my last update to 39Deprecated, I stated in the update comment:

> Eliminate class CurrentProjectRefactoring.
> Package 39Deprecated is now empty.

This is incorrect. While there are no classes remaining in 39Deprecated,
numerous extension methods elsewhere still need to be removed before the
39Deprecated package will be empty.
