When it first opens, I see nothing highlighted in the left pane, and everything highlighted extremely lightly in the pane next to the right.

On Mac, and 4.1 rc4, I see an extremely light highlighting.

If I for example select KernalTests-Objects, all the classes show extremely lightly highlighted. If I select another package, and deselect the first one, nothing is highlighted in the class list. I don't see a pattern to how it decides what is highlighted in the class list and when.
I sometimes see some highlighted with the same extremely light highlighting. The number of items highlighted does not seem to be repeatable, at least I can't see how.
