4.0 was 4.0, right?  Not 4.0.1?

I think for that reason, 4.1 should be 4.1.

If we have another feature release, it'll be 4.2.

If we have to go back to do maintainence on 4.1, it'll be 4.1.1.

This is a longstanding tradition of Squeak releases.
