Make sure you do not run fancy mouse management software, or set it so it actually generates a middle-click event (Logitech Control Center is a known offender). You need to make sure your mouse actually works correctly because otherwise Squeak will not get the right events no matter how hard it tries.

This does not compute to me.
I don't have a blue button, how do I get it to have blue directly?
What is the key code equivalent that needs to be sent?
