In Cuis, a StringHolder uses a TextEditor and a CodeHolder uses a
SmalltalkEditor. So, a CodeHolder adds handy Smalltalk shortcuts like
alt-m. BTW, if you take a close look at Cuis, I'm sure you'd be porting
tons of stuff back to Squeak.
