Not sure about the test failures. I am hesitant to take time to fix
them and ship another RC; remember, 4.0 needs to work only well enough
to salvage. What matters is the relicense and entrance into the SFC. I
am not somewhere where I can access Squeak right now. Which tests are
failing?
